Actions and Stuff MCPACK Download – Free Bedrock File (18 MB)

Already have Minecraft installed? Then you don’t need the heavy APK. You just need the MCPACK file. It’s tiny – only 18 MB. And it imports into Minecraft in seconds.

Here’s the best part: this is the same Actions and Stuff pack, just in the lightweight format. So you get every animation, every mob behavior, and all three subpacks (16x, 32x, 64x) – without downloading a full 247 MB app. Below you can grab the latest MCPACK, import it on any device, and fix any problem in minutes.

What Is the MCPACK File?

Simply put, an MCPACK is Minecraft Bedrock’s official resource pack format. In other words, it is a ready-made file that Minecraft opens and installs on its own. No setup. No extra apps. Just tap and play.

So how is it different from the APK? This table explains it:

FactorMCPACKAPK
File size~18 MB~247 MB
ContainsResource pack onlyMinecraft + pack bundled
Needs Minecraft already installed?YesNo
Works onAndroid, iOS, Windows, Xbox, PSAndroid only
Install methodImport into MinecraftInstall like an app

So here’s the simple rule:

  • Already own Minecraft? Get the MCPACK. It’s the smart, fast choice.
  • No Minecraft yet? Get the APK instead from our main download page.

How to Import MCPACK on Android

Installing on Android is the easiest. Just follow these steps:

  • First, tap the Download MCPACK button above
  • Then open your file manager and go to Downloads
  • Next, tap the .mcpack file once
  • Minecraft opens automatically and imports the pack
  • After that, you’ll see an “Import started” message – wait a few seconds
  • Finally, the pack lands in your My Packs list, ready to activate

That’s it. The whole thing takes under a minute.

How to Import MCPACK on iPhone & iPad (iOS)

iOS works a little differently. But it’s still simple:

  • First, download the MCPACK file – it saves to your Files app
  • Then open the Files app and go to Downloads
  • Next, tap the .mcpack file
  • If Minecraft doesn’t open, tap Share → Copy to Minecraft
  • Finally, Minecraft imports it and adds it to My Packs

One tip for iOS: if the file won’t open, long-press it first. Then choose Open in Minecraft from the menu. Full iPhone steps are on our iOS guide.

How to Import MCPACK on Windows PC?

On Windows, it’s basically one click:

  • First, download the MCPACK file
  • Then go to your Downloads folder
  • Next, double-click the .mcpack file
  • Minecraft for Windows launches and imports it automatically
  • Finally, the pack appears in your resource pack list

Got Minecraft Java instead of Bedrock? Then this file won’t work – it’s Bedrock-only. Java players should check our Java page for alternatives. For RTX setup, see the full PC guide.

Set Minecraft as the Default App for .mcpack Files

Sometimes the MCPACK opens in the wrong app – or won’t open at all. Here’s how to fix that for good:

  • On Android: Long-press the .mcpack file → tap Open with → choose Minecraft → select Always
  • On iOS: Open the Files app → long-press the file → Share → pick Minecraft
  • On Windows: Right-click the file → Open with → Choose another app → select Minecraft → check Always use this app

After this, every .mcpack file will open straight into Minecraft. No more guessing.

Activate the Pack and Pick Your Subpack

Importing is only half the job. Now you have to turn it on:

  • First, open Minecraft → Settings → Global Resources
  • Then go to My Packs and find Actions and Stuff
  • Next, tap it and select Activate
  • After that, the game asks you to pick a subpack – choose based on your device:
    • 16x → budget phones (2GB RAM)
    • 32x → mid-range phones (best for most players)
    • 64x → high-end phones and PC (best for RTX)
  • Finally, restart Minecraft and load any world

Using more than one pack? Then drag Actions and Stuff to the top of the list. Higher packs override lower ones.

Fix: MCPACK Not Importing or Not Opening in Minecraft

This is the most common MCPACK problem. Luckily, it’s an easy fix:

  • File opens in the wrong app? Set Minecraft as the default app (steps above).
  • “Import failed” message? Your Minecraft version may be too old. Check the Old Versions archive for a matching file.
  • Nothing happens when you tap it? The download was probably incomplete. Delete the file and download it again.
  • File saved as .zip instead of .mcpack? Rename it – change “.zip” to “.mcpack” – then tap it again.
  • Still not working? Close Minecraft fully (not just minimize). Then re-import the file.

Fix: Pack Reset or Disappeared After a Minecraft Update

Did the pack vanish after Minecraft updated? Don’t worry. This is normal. Minecraft sometimes resets resource packs during big updates.

Here’s the fix:

  1. First, re-open Settings → Global Resources
  2. Then check if the pack is still in My Packs
  3. If it’s there → just re-activate it
  4. If it’s gone → simply re-import the MCPACK from this page

Also, after every major Minecraft update, grab the newest MCPACK here. New game versions sometimes need an updated pack to work fully.

Why Choose the MCPACK Over the APK?

Quick recap of why most players pick the MCPACK:

  • Tiny size – 18 MB vs 247 MB, so it downloads in seconds
  • Works on more devices – Android, iOS, Windows, and consoles (via Marketplace)
  • No second Minecraft – it uses the Minecraft you already have
  • Easy updates – just re-import the small file, no full reinstall
  • Same content – every animation and subpack the APK has

The only reason to pick the APK? You don’t have Minecraft yet and want everything in one package.
